Catrin Rowlands

Catrin joined RAH Partners in 2023, having first worked with both Rhian and Anna at the start of their search careers.  She has extensive senior operational management experience, spanning corporate, start-up and family office worlds. She started her career as a legal translator for Clifford Chance in Barcelona before moving into executive search in London, and was responsible for starting up a boutique search firm working at board level. Having enjoyed the start-up process, Catrin left search to manage the start-up of an entrepreneurial engineering firm where she was Chief of Staff before moving to a Family Office, where she established an investment management office for the Principal. Catrin has a degree in Hispanic Studies from Bristol University, speaks fluent Spanish, is a personal trainer and an open water swimmer.
