Anna Rex joined RAH Partners in 2023. With more than 20 years of experience in board advisory work, Anna brings an expertise in senior executive, chair and board appointments working across FTSE listed and large international companies as well as private and family-owned businesses. Whilst she has a particular focus in financial services, she also has a track record appointing senior executives and board members in the energy, industrial, retail, tech and FMCG sectors.

Anna has spent nearly 30 years in executive search.  She joined RAH Partners from Heidrick & Struggles where was a member of the CEO & Board Practice and built and led the UK Legal Practice.  Prior to this she was a consultant at JCA Group. In her earlier career she worked for SG Warburg and HSBC.

 

Anna holds a degree in business studies from Oxford Brookes University.
